Proven On The Water

Built on an idea that already works.

Floating docks are all over Grand Lake, Oklahoma — many of them decades old, sitting through summer heat and winter ice with barely a second thought. That kind of proven, minimal-maintenance longevity is exactly what Dockboat is built on.

Dockboat takes that same idea and grows it up: foam-encapsulated pontoons, an aluminum truss frame, a solar roof, and four electric outboards, built into a floating home you can actually live and entertain on.

Why Dockboat

Built to be forgotten about — in the best way.

Four ideas guide every Dockboat, all proven on the water before we ever called it a company.

01

Minimal Maintenance

Built on the same proven design as the floating docks all over Grand Lake — no winterization, no hauling out, no seasonal scramble.

02

Solar Powered

A roof full of solar panels keeps the house systems charged, quietly, without a marina hookup.

03

Electric & Maneuverable

Four electric outboards, one on each corner, give you precise control docking or repositioning — no bow thruster required.

04

Durable by Design

Foam-encapsulated plastic pontoons and an aluminum truss frame — nothing to rot, rust through, or waterlog.

The Boats

Four bedrooms, three baths, one open living space — all on the water.

The current Dockboat model is a 72' x 36' floating home: an open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area, four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a covered porch, and storage bays for jet skis on the stern.

Life On The Water

Stop choosing between the lake house, the dock, and the boat.

With a Dockboat, you're not deciding where to spend the day — the lake house, the dock, or the boat — because you're on all three at once. No walking up a steep hill to the bathroom, no hauling ice, drinks, and towels back and forth. Sunset on the deck, the kids swimming off the back, friends tied up alongside — it's all right here.
